While it will share a lot of the same things as its sister ship the Dream, it will have some differences, much like the "classic" Disney ships, the Magic and the wonder. I am very happy to see that the Fantasy is not just going to be a carbon copy of the Dream, not that I thought it would be.
The Official Disney Parks Blog released information yesterday that told of some surprises at Animator's Palate, and the European theme for the adult entertainment district. It also shared that there will be a Bibbidy Bobbidy Boutique on board, that will also double as a Pirate's League for pirate night festivities.
It is really nice to see some information on the new ship starting to trickle out. I was somewhat worried that the Fantasy might not get the attention it deserves since it is coming on line so close to the Dream. Disney cruisers had to wait 12 years for a new ship, now they barely have 12 months in between two new ones!
I'm looking forward to the Fantasy coming online. For some reason I have always looked forward to it a little more than the Dream... And if anybody in Disney Public Relations is reading this... I would be more than happy to help cover the maiden voyages! For the readers of course...
Here are some other articles related to the Fantasy...
